Baby Ashley | In Home Infancy Session

This session was something special. Not only was this the first infancy shoot I've done in ages, but this was also photos of the newest member of my family. So crazy that this little thing is my husband's mother's cousin's daughter... and we're family! I know that seems kind of silly but having only been married for less than a year, I get so excited to be able to share in the joy of, not just Josh's family, but MY family.

Buuuuut let's give mama some credit here. Jennifer is such a sweet mom to her babies AND she's super go-with-the-flow when I suggest that the best place for the shoot is in her bathroom... seriously. They had a very large counter space on the bathroom vanity and the lighting coming through the window was just perfect during that time of day. SO as you look at these sweet pictures, just imagine me standing IN the shower to get the best angles. LOL. In the end, this was such a sweet little shoot to do for family.
